Brief
Combined Vacuum and Canal Sewer Truck unit is mounted on DONGFENG Dollicar 4×2 Day Cab. The truck is designed to unblock clogged drains. The engine is 120hp, emission class in euro 3. The combined sewer truck is equipped with a 6-speed gear numbers manual transmission.
Combined Vacuum and Canal Sewer Truck tank capacity is 5,400 liters, the water storage tank is welded with 4-6mm carbon steel plate with straight seam welding, and the sewage tank body is made of 6-10mm carbon steel. Equipped with double pumps of Italy JUROP vacuum pump and PINFL plunger pump for cleaning and suction.

Chassis Modification Flexibility
The finite element analysis software is widely used in the design, the structure is optimized, and the high-strength new material is used to reduce the self-mass and realize the light weight of the chassis. Using a new process, the components meet the strength requirements without adding material. Under the constraints of regulations, the maximum load capacity is reserved for the modification. The Dongfeng chassis also adjusts the wheelbase and axle load, which solves the shortcomings of the traditional sanitation vehicle chassis’ insufficient front bearing load and the rearward center of gravity after modification.
Upgraded Transmission
Double power take-off windows are designed, enough space for installation is reserved, power can be taken from left and right, and users can choose freely. The transmission is low-mounted, with various speed ratios, and the output interface has flange type and spline type. The original power take-off is standard, and the power take-off has passed the verification of the overall reliability test.
Thoughtful Details
Dongfeng Dollicar has realized the standardization of the connection between chassis parts, modified parts, and frames. Chassis components and retrofit components can be arranged arbitrarily. The cost of modification is reduced, the convenience of modification is increased, and the strength of the frame is also improved. According to estimates, after the standardization of hole positions, the frame strength of the Dongfeng Duolika chassis increased by 5% compared with the original.

Tank
The water storage tank is welded with 4-6mm carbon steel plate by straight seam welding, the sewage tank body is made of 6-10mm carbon steel, the tank head is made of 10-12mm, and the interior can be treated with anti-corrosion according to customer requirements.
Control System
The high-pressure plunger pump, vacuum pump, and hydraulic pump are driven by the vehicle chassis through the power take-off, and the hydraulic control pipeline of the hydraulic pump realizes the system control of the high-pressure plunger pump, vacuum pump, winch, etc.
