HOWO 8 Ton Sanitary Septic Truck tank body is 5,000 liters, made of high-strength and wear-resistant 4-6mm carbon steel, and conforms to national standards. The tank is lifted by two hydraulic cylinders for sewage discharge. Rear discharge outlet, large diameter, equipped with 150mm ball valve. The relief valve is installed on the top of the tank, which could stop liquid overflow so as to protect the vacuum pump. Equipped with WLONG 50QZXDH-68 Sliding Vane, Capacity 4080LPM, optional JUROP, MORO brands.

Sewage can be discharged directly through the outlet at the rear of the tank, or the tank can be opened to unload the sewage, directly lifted by two hydraulic cylinders for sewage discharge.
– Sewage Observation Window
Most common anti-overflow device. By observing the sewage window, you can know the position of the sewage in the tank.
– Anti-overflow Valve
When the sewage reaches the set position, the floating ball in the anti-overflow valve rises, blocking the exhaust hole, and preventing the sewage from entering the exhaust pipe and entering the vacuum pump.
– Oil /Gas /Water Separator
It plays two roles, one is to separate the moisture contained in the gas entering the vacuum pump, and the other is also equivalent to an anti-overflow valve.
Optional Safety Device
– Water Level Alarm
Installed inside the tank of the sewage suction truck. When the sewage water level reaches the preset height, the water level alarm will sound due to a short circuit, reminding the operator of the sewage suction truck.
– Water Level Relief Anti-overflow Valve
When the sewage in the tank of the sewage suction truck reaches the preset position, the floating ball rises, opens the vent hole, and releases the pressure in the tank.
Rear Dish End
Manually openable side-hinged rear door and oil/fuel/sewage resistant rubber seal.
The hydraulic cylinder is made of high-pressure galvanized steel, with good hardness and pressure resistance, anti-corrosion and rust resistance, durable. Double oil cylinder self-unloading, which is more convenient and faster to dump sewage without fear of blockage by large pieces of dirt.
Assembled with 8 meters long plastic pipe with steel wire inside to prevent the pipe from being too strong or deformed and damaged by foreign objects when the sewage suction truck is working. It is professionally manufactured, and durable.
