Brief
ISUZU 18 Ton Municipal Liquid Waste Tanker is mounted on ISUZU FVR 4X2 chassis, esigned to pneumatically suck liquids, sludges. Installed ISUZU inline-6 cylinder Diesel engine, 240HP and MLD-6 manual transmission.
ISUZU 18 Ton Municipal Liquid Waste Tanker capacity is 15,000 liters and tank is fabricated from mild steel, grade Q235, tensile 85/%, thickness 6mm. Equipped with MORO vacuum pump, capacity 12,000LPM to suction liquid, and double rear cylinder for loading.

Tanks are made to GB18564 Road Tanker Transportation standards. Interior coated anti-corrosion paint of epoxy and polyurethane.
Filling Level Indicator
2 nos Indicator mark on the tank for maximum and minimum level of Acrylic Sight Glass furnished.
Loading & Unloading
-Height from ground to suction hose 1.4 m
-Tailgate tightly locked, acting by double hydraulic cylinders. Locking and sealing of the rear door done by hand wheel operated bolts.
-Provided Vacuum limiting valve and drain-off valve
-Outlet from tank provided with a quick connect coupling interface.
Control
Manually controlled, 4″ and 5″ Suction valves with a quick coupling.
