The ISUZU KV100 Road Sweeper Truck is a multifunctional road sweeper and scrubber truck designed for high-efficiency road cleaning and dust suppression. Built on a reliable Isuzu 4KH1 chassis, it is powered by an Isuzu diesel engine (97 kW / 88 kW) and equipped with a dedicated Cummins 103 kW auxiliary engine for the working system. The vehicle integrates sweeping, high-pressure washing, curb cleaning, low-pressure flushing, and vacuum suction into one compact unit, improving cleaning efficiency while reducing operating costs.

The truck features a 4 m³ clean water tank and a 5 m³ stainless steel debris/wastewater tank, offering strong corrosion resistance and long continuous operation time. With a maximum sweeping width of 2.8 m and a cleaning capacity of up to 56,000 m²/h, the CLW5080TXSQ6 delivers excellent cleaning performance for both urban and industrial environments.

Its advanced working system combines two central disc brushes, a wide suction nozzle, and high-pressure spray bars to loosen debris, wash the surface, and vacuum wastewater simultaneously, leaving roads clean and dust-free in a single pass. The truck also features automatic obstacle-avoidance side spray bars, a hydraulic floating suction nozzle, and a PLC intelligent control system that allows operators to control all cleaning functions directly from the cab.
